Tonight we went to Joel & Meg's house for a dessert party where Meg made all the desserts. She made this citrus tart dessert from a recipe she saw and was kinda disappointed because it didn't look like the photo since she used pink grapefruit instead of ruby red. I told her that the photo was probably photoshopped anyway. So to prove a point this is what I did!

Pie after turning the pink into red, now she can say she used red grapefruit !
No matter which grapefruit Meg really used, it looks delicious! I love grapefruit. :)
