I saw this when I was leaving work today on the ground, I've always like seeing these and it brighten up the cloudly day!
Then afterwards heading towards Franklin Lakes Library and put up my photos (come to my recepton to see them!) and my kermit collection in 2 cases!
Aren't those rainbow rings caused by oil from cars? I might be wrong, but I thought that's what they were. They ARE cool, though - I love rainbows too :)
